Pros
I really enjoy the people and brands I work on at Edelman. The brands are big names and they often cater clients to your interests based on what you want to work on. It opens a lot of doors and looks great on a resume. I have gained a lot of skills here and have learned so much from creative and intelligent people.
Cons
I think the culture needs improvement. Pay also needs improved and you often have to suck up to get promotions/ahead.
