Pros
Very competitive, a great learning environment, I felt like I learned more here than I learned in the classroom--very hands on. Employees are very nice and willing to help you and give you new projects and opportunities.
Cons
Since it's competitive I really wanted a challenge, and sometimes I would sit around with nothing to do after reaching out to people in the office. It took 3 months for HR to schedule my interview, she kept pushing it back and kept pushing my start day back, and almost forgot to tell me.
