      I'm a comeback kid

      Pros

      I worked here 10 years ago and came back after leaving for five years. I came back because the business had grown, many of the same clients were still here and growing, and staff I had hired had stepped up the ladder. It seemed to be on the right path, and I've been back now almost five years.

      Cons

      You will never work as hard as you do here, but it is worth it on many levels. Just be ready to run (and learn and grow and have fun ...)

      Edelman is everything they say they are and more

      Pros

      When you read the bios and mission statements of companies often times what they desire to be is not what is in the mirror. This isn't so at Edelman. What you see is not what you get; it is quite more. It's refreshing to be in a place that is so transparent.

      Pros

      Smart people, great benefits, and good opportunities for advancement. There is always someone who is willing to listen to your idea - whether you're just starting your career or several years in.

      Cons

      For a communications firm, Edelman has room to improve in the internal communications side of business - senior management decisions are often not fully explained to junior staff.
