      A great global agency to work for with reasonable hours for PR, but expect the other pros and cons of any large agency.

      Pros

      Reputation of agency, opportunity to work on well-known clients with large budgets, knowledge sharing within and between offices, interesting intellectual property, reasonable hours and salary in comparison to other large agencies, great benefits, some of your coworkers will be friendly and very smart, and some of your managers will be great leaders and truely advocate for you

      Cons

      A lot of politics, hierarchical, coworkers can be extremely competitive, little flexibility in what accounts and tactics you get to work on (even when you have put in your time)

      - The people/staff; creative individuals with a broad range of talents/backgrounds - Access to resources and intellectual property - Broad portfolio of high-profile clients

      Cons

      - Favoritism - Inconsistencies in growth opportunities (sometimes promotions are awarded based on individual team needs vs. job performance) - Sometimes I feel like I work for my clients, not for Edelman
