      Pros

      The people at Edelman are very intelligent. Most of the leadership is motivating. Senior leadership wants to keep its employees happy and is very open finding solutions to employee problems/concerns, rather than having a "just deal with it" attitude.

      Cons

      I think that the salary is on the low side.

      Pros

      The people are great. They are fun and real. Also, there are some fun happy hours and out of the office activities.

      Cons

      The pay is not great. Also, due to the sinking economy, Edelman is hesitant to hire. These leaves a lot of the employees with a larger than normal workload. There is a definite need for new hires, but until the economy changes, the employees have to work longer hours for less pay. From my experience, it seems that senior management and upper level management at Edelman doesn't do much actual work. All of the work is transfered to lower level employees, stressing them out even more.
