      Pros

      Access to sponsored events, decent benefits, office is at the Aon Center. Decent amount of vacation days, when you can take them.

      Cons

      Low compensation. Even if you are on PTO, you will probably be asked to work from home. Lack of work-life balance is an absolute deal breaker, no matter how much alcohol they give you. 60 hour work weeks are not uncommon especially when people wait until last minute to give you a full day's work with a 2 hour deadline. Then, berate you when you cannot possibly finish "in time".

      Pros

      Flexibility, variety of client work. Smart and creative people not only existed within the larger offices, but also in the smaller regional ones. Colleagues work harder and longer than any other industry. Great company to prove and challenge yourself.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism within the office which affected culture, morale, and employee tenure. Compensation was below market average. Although there was flexibility, there was an overload of work that demanded overtime. Leadership waffled on focus and clear direction which was unfortunately driven from higher management.

      What an amazing place to work

      Pros

      The people, the global network, the firm's reputation, the benefits...the list goes on. As a junior employee, there is a lot of opportunity for growth and you have the chance to experience many different things and move up the ladder quickly.

      Cons

      You will work a lot, no doubt about that. Salary is a little low but the pros definitely outweigh the cons.
