      You will work with some of the best people and you’ll boost your network.

      Cons

      24/7 work. Constant, stressful environment. If you work on the account team - you essentially will be doing 7 full-time jobs including sales rep, comm expert, pr, data analyst, accountant, and creative - and you’ll be doing it for 5+ different companies/accounts. On top of your bombarding day-to-day, you will be forced to take on new business that you cannot bill for - so it doesn’t help with your utilization - essentially ensuring they work you to death. If you value anything outside of work, stay away from this place.

      It’s a good place for you if you just started your career and you have good mental to learn to survive in corporation culture.

      Cons

      If your role is in supporting operations, such as in accounting and reporting, you won’t get much room to grow. You don’t get any support from your peers or your upper managers.
