I love working at Edelman. Despite what I had heard about traditional PR firms (particularly those the size of Edelman), the company has a collaborative work culture. You are encouraged to ask for what you want and voice your opinion, no matter what level you are. Perks also include insanely smart colleagues, transparent business practices and the fact that it is privately owned.

Leadership, values and clients -- we are given an opportunity every single day to partake in some of the most exciting work going on in America and all over the world and when you factor in the greatness of what goes on inside the office -- the internal relationships we're building with our leaders and with each other -- Edelman is absolutely the best place to work.
