I'm happy to hear that you so enjoy our culture, people and benefits! Career development is important and I know it must not be motivating to feel like the goal posts were moved. I hope you'll reach out to your HR team or me, if you haven't already, in search for some advice on continuing your career growth. Best of luck to you! Maria O'Keeffe, Executive Director, US HR

Pros

There is free water and snacks, nice view.

Cons

Way too many people on projects wasting clients money. Way too many people in meetings that are unnecessary wasting money. Charging clients so much they wont sign scopes of work. Everyone trying to do each others jobs. Constant churn. Total bureaucracy.

This was a hard one to read, but I appreciate the candor. I'm not able to see what office you were in, so if you're open to reaching out to share more details that I can act upon, I'd love to hear from you at maria.okeeffe@edelman.com. Maria O'Keeffe, Executive Director, US HR
