      Pros

      Edelman Amsterdam is a friendly, international group of people, which makes for a a good social culture, especially if you're starting out your career.

      Cons

      Despite the spin, Edelman is still a traditional PR company that refers to 'digital' as if its some mythical creature living in the mountains. This has slowed growth for the business, particularly in Europe, and leads to repetitive, tedious client briefs. The local office and wider business also serves some dubious clients which does not sit well with the supposedly progressive values of Edelman.
