I work with smart, dependable and strategic thinkers everyday. I feel supported by my team members and that my managers and senior leaders are invested in helping me grow my career here.

Cons

Work/life balance is very hard, but that happens at many agencies. My team members try to at least make it more enjoyable by staying late together so no one is suffering alone.

I joined Edelman about six years ago in a junior posiiton. I was given the opportunity to take on more and more responsibility and given the opportunity to be entrepreneurial...that is come up with solutions to problems, build tools, create processes and had the support of the leadership team to try things. My career has taken off with Edelman. No two days are ever the same there is always a new client or a new opportunity to learn and grow with.

Cons

Sometimes we get the cart before the horse. It's a bit frustrating sometimes to completely switch gears while you're humming along. Change is ever present and sometimes change is hard to deal with. However if we do not change we do not grow and we'll be left behind.
