      Pros

      Edelman values its employees and looks to retain top talent by offering excellent benefits and investing in employees. Edelman's work culture is phenomenal and even though there are 67 different offices, every time I go to a new office, its cool to see that the people are the same in each office.

      Cons

      As is agency style, sometimes you will work long hours, but there is no company I'd rather work for.

      Pros

      The industry is fast-paced and intriguing. My colleagues are the best in the business. The leadership is trustworthy and encourages us to be creative, step outside the box, and break barriers. There is an infrastructure in place that makes success an achievable goal.

      Cons

      Rare internal politics erupt which is inevitable anywhere you'll work. And here I feel it truly is rare.

      Pros

      Edelman always does things ethically. I trust the management to do the right thing when it comes to clients, but also employee care. I always feel that they really have their hearts in the right place. Not to mention their great client roster!

      Cons

      Sometimes the different offices don't talk to each other as much as I'd like. Collaboration is definitely abundant at Edelman, but in some sense needs to be a bit more.
