Pros
- Basic salary is ok - Plenty of holidays - Good access to malls and public transport - Good exposure to different clients - Career progression
Cons
- Too much drama (tho it's a team of less than 8 people) perhaps it's my problem LOL - tbh, the team doesn't understand how the media landscape works, for instance, basically there's no logic for you to call/text the media/journalists every day, asking them if they will attend your event (which will take place 2 weeks later) - Social events that are too much for introverts (again, maybe it's my problem - I don't like to party) - Too much complicated and dreading SOPs (tho it's just a simple task - babysitting clients way too much) - Bonus
