I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I'm so glad to hear you were satisfied with your compensation and benefits package, but I'm sorry we weren't able to discuss and address your constructive feedback. While work/life balance can mean different things to different people, we do try hard to provide an environment with as much flexibility and support as possible. Thanks for giving us additional feedback to consider. Maria O'Keeffe, Executive Director US HR

Pros

Interesting clients; insightful market research findings

Cons

Management sucks - promotion is based on favoritism rather than merit; feedback tends to be more negative than constructive Limited research capabilities - analysis involves skimming through excel crosstabs. No opportunities to build quantitative/analytical skills - SPSS and SAS experience is not needed or used. Undefined job responsibilities - job posting responsibilities don't accurately match with on-the-job responsibilities No room for growth - junior level and senior level employees have similar job responsibilities with ownership levels increasing as you move up Salary sucks - most employees work long hours and the pay is ill-fitting
