      Edelman has top tier talent and a great roster of clients, no denying it. Smart creative people from different background.

      Poor management They don’t pull out peoples skills, just try and peg people in wherever it fits The office culture can be cut throat and not collaborative Very little guidance on client management Benefits and compensation are mediocre
