      Edelman is a name recognized globally. Working here provides the opportunity to work on great accounts and strengthen your skills. Edelman frequently provides educational trainings to their employees.

      Cons

      I don't always feel employees are rewarded appropriately for their hard work in a timely manner. i.e. salary compensation, title changes.

      Pros

      They have an excellent online academy / education center. Anything you want or need to know about Public Relations or Digital practices is available in easy to digest formats. Senior Leadership is very competent and has very good intentions New Office facilities, stocked kitchens and weekly catered snacks Benefits and Compensation are competitive

      Cons

      Very immature workforce Work live balance is preached but is not really appreciated as part of the culture Internal service teams are viewed as providers as opposed to partners and part of same team (i.e HR,Finance, Production) Employee Turnover is high at all levels of organization.(Specifically the West Coast Office) Favoritism is still an issue
