      big company with a lot of capabilities and great brands

      Cons

      corrupt inner-workings; deserving talent goes unrecognized for years without promotions and show ponies get recognized/pr. Lack of transparency with promotions, unfair raises and vagueness surrounding the entire topic.

Transparency is important to me and the firm at large, so I'm sorry you haven't experienced as clear of communications as you'd like. While performance management training is offered multiple times in each location annually and includes background on our performance-based promotion/salary decision-making process overall, it's possible you weren't able to attend or it didn't give you what you were looking for. I also recognize where you must be coming from in your constructive feedback about hours and balance.
