It's a gateway to getting whatever job you want in the future.
Cons
Limited pay transparency + low salaries, specifically compared to the industry at large. Poor communication from leadership and upper management despite being the top comms agency in the country. Understand that PR is not where you go if you're looking to make bank, but rather complete meaningful work and gain experience to jump ship to an in house / project manager role.
