I can't even count the number of colleagues who haven't received so much as $1 pay increase in years of working here despite positive performance reviews and client feedback. The leaders here definitely have their "favorites" and it can make others on the team feel really uncomfortable. There have been so many leader departures / firings in the last year alone. Very few of us "workhorses" feel motivated or confident in the direction of the firm. Net/net, these are not leaders you want to work under and hard work gets you no where here. It is more political than most other places I've worked.

They lied to my face about the support I would be getting to be able to do my role. I had a revolving door of managers. The incompetence was staggering in my department. there was so much back stabbing and gaslighting going on in senior leadership is was really sickening. I worked 80+ hours a week and still told I needed to do more, by my last manager who had no idea what my job was.
