Pros
Work culture is supportive, encouraging, great place to learn. Great coworkers and dynamic environment. Very healthy work life balance compared to most finance jobs
Cons
The reward aspect is seriously lacking for entry level finance positions. Severely undervalued and paid compared to other agencies. Growth within the company also takes much longer to progress than other companies or agencies. Lots of boomerangs as people leave to other agencies in order to progress their career but come back once they are senior enough to have decent pay.
