This is by far the most toxic environment I have ever been a part of. The pay is low, hours long, and bad behavior is tolerated by HR and fellow leaders at the highest level. Don't believe the influx of positive reviews. It is their business after all - to change the narrative and spin, spin, spin. HR requests that employees post positive to overpower the negative. Favoritism is the best way forward here. Managers are not prepared to actually manage direct reports, but rather check a box to be a "manager" within the organization. It gives you no real authority or autonomy to lead a team or account.
