Business Outlook
Pros
- Challenging work and opportunity to work with most reputable brands - Opportunity for career advancement and constantly getting to work on new things (strong on-the-job development opportunities) - Empowered to share your opinions, regardless of background/ experience - It does feel like we're leading the charge in the industry, and that's a nice feeling.
Cons
- The US benefits package is not great - While pay is fair for our industry, it's not great and merit increases do not reflect rate of inflation. - At times it feels like it's more about who you know versus how impressive your work is - It does not feel like Edelman is trying very hard to retain performers amidst a "talent war"
