-No meaningful neurodiversity awareness or inclusion. If you’re neurodiverse, or a junior who needs some coaching, be aware: the structure isn’t built for it. You’re expected to pick things up instantly — but penalised if you get something wrong.
-Micromanagement paired with poor communication. Some managers review your work closely without giving constructive advice or enough time to apply it. Others give feedback that changes after approval, making it hard to meet expectations.
