- Lots of big-name clients and interesting work - Lots of smart colleagues and people to learn from - Lots of room for growth and development if you can be patient and stick around - Diverse, lively workforce
Cons
- Turbulent few years which meant layoffs and constant fear of more. In my three years there I was consistently a top performer and not once received a bonus. Layoffs were also not managed well, despite clear feedback from employees the first time around - Senior leadership was not very good at communicating and leaders at the practice level did not have any real decision-making power, which also meant attempts at keeping top talent were futile - Some teams/leaders can be very toxic.
