Cons

While the company has a strong corporate structure, the work environment can feel overly rigid and hierarchical. Unfortunately, there have been instances where inappropriate behavior, such as workplace bullying, has been overlooked or inadequately addressed. This has created a culture where such issues are not always taken seriously. Additionally, there is a significant disconnect between the company’s stated values and the reality experienced by employees. HR, while presented as a supportive resource, has not always been reliable in addressing concerns or fostering trust. This lack of alignment between promises and actions can be disheartening. Work-life balance is another area that needs attention. The expectations often lean heavily toward work, leaving little room for personal time. This "work-first" mentality can lead to burnout and negatively impact employee well-being. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and works toward creating a more inclusive, supportive, and balanced workplace for its employees.

Pros

1. Excellent IT department with good IT guye and profetional equipment for work

Cons

1. Poor work culture for experienced designers. 2. Tasks outside the designer’s responsibilities, such as creating PPTs, attending meaningless internal trainings, and participating in time-consuming group calls. 3. Neglectful behavior from the HR team. 4. Worst client servicing 5. The art director and team lead come from completely different backgrounds with zero knowledge of art, which is unusual. 6. Heavy workload on weekends. 7. No bonus policies for junior employees.Bonuses are given to preferred employees while neglected ones are overlooked. This is shameful, and their explanations are even more disgraceful.
