Independent Firm; Phenomenal Resources; Strong Teams; Solid Culture; Great Client-base

Cons

Hierarchical; Low compensation when compared to other firms; Lack of connection with C-Suite; Not much opportunity to stretch wings beyond designated team; No dedication to JEDI (or DE&I)
