      Pros

      Can crest your own path. Top rate clients and work, excellent colleagues.

      Cons

      Poor agency leadership, below market compensation, cut throat environment especially at the senior levels. Not a great run agency - firm goes after shiny objects (and shiny leaders) at the expense of real stratrgy.

      Good at hustling for clients

      Cons

      Ad agency people should know their roles are different here. At former agencies, their roles were central, core to the company's offering. Here, they are resources, often a nice-to-have, and not valued in the same way.

      Fast learning environment Direct client exposure at lower levels Working across a lot of different sectors, applications, and strategies

      Cons

      Treated like a number (literally) despite high performance and loyalty Forced to work above your pay grade with NO perks or promotions or validation for the very high level of output Only senior management is appreciated 60 hour weeks are common Immediate responses required; never felt like I had any “down time” even on PTO
