      Good experience and opportunities for relationship building. Good to have on resume too

      Cons

      Junior staff are paid way too low to independently sustain living in DC. Work life balance is also horrible

      Culture gets in the way of what could be a fantastic professional experience

      Great learning experience, opportunity to work with global offices (sometimes), growth opportunities if you work hard for it and have the right manager

      Cons

      Pay is below industry standards, office politics get in the way of good work, long hours

      Hi there. While wellness perks are legitimately important and many people like a good happy hour, neither can make up for a a perceived lack of community. I'm sorry you felt that way and I've taken note of your comment.
