Pros

Good experience and opportunities for relationship building. Good to have on resume too

Cons

Junior staff are paid way too low to independently sustain living in DC. Work life balance is also horrible

If you haven't discussed workload management with your manager or local Talent team, I encourage you to. It's especially important now in light of the pandemic and sometimes blurrier lines between work and home life, that you are able to keep some meaningful boundaries. Pros

Great learning experience, opportunity to work with global offices (sometimes), growth opportunities if you work hard for it and have the right manager

Cons

Pay is below industry standards, office politics get in the way of good work, long hours

SF office severely lacks in racial diversity No sense of community

Hi there. While wellness perks are legitimately important and many people like a good happy hour, neither can make up for a a perceived lack of community. I'm sorry you felt that way and I've taken note of your comment. On diversity, firmwide we are committed to diversifying our workforce and we've made some progress but there is more to do, I agree, as would leadership. Thanks for your comments.
