Pros

Amazing clients, fun environment, challenging, we stay busy. It's great when you love your job and what you do. Working in residential provides tons of different experiences.

Cons

Benefits keep reducing, the raises given are a complete joke, they are so top heavy. The people who work the hardest are mistreated, and admin is so removed from the actual work we do and the reason Eden exists.

Great and worthy cause. Generous time off and tuition reimbursement policies. Most fellow employees are wonderful people. Continuing education and training provided for teachers.

Cons

Continuing rising costs for benefits with less coverage. Near elimination of retirement plan. Inequitable environment with little or no cost of living increases with the exception of top management who all make six figure salaries and other perks. "Clickish"upper management.
