Pros

You will learn something new every day. Growth is a key concept for Eden so you will always have something that you can work on or learn. All of this growth comes with the growth of developing the surrounding communities--being able to make a difference and continue expanding upon it.

Cons

Because of the growth, the central office building seems to be changing often to accommodate Eden's growing pains. Don't get too comfortable with where you may sit because your seat may be a new department's in the coming weeks.
