Pros

Fast paced, driven company with a smart, grounded and visionary leader. Until the culture changes, it doesn't matter what strides HR makes towards work/life balance. It is also a very political company. If you get in with the right people.

Cons

he corporate culture is old school, and not for everyone. For example, EMC is all about face time and if you're not in the office you're not working. HR has made attempts to change benefits and incorporate flex-time, work from home, etc but it's obvious that upper management is not supportive.

Pros

Open communication, regular performance feedback, genuine concern for those with disabilities and limitations. Eden enables those with limited experience/education to learn new skills and develop meaningful careers while helping to build strong communities in challenging situations.

Cons

Employees need to have a car and may need to travel between cites vs. rely on public transportation. Benefits coverage for family members must be paid for by the employee vs. by the company.
