Pros

Only being at Eden for a few weeks, I can safely say, so far so good. Office culture is very professional, yet kind and supportive. Company dynamics are focused on helping others. Moral core values. Office is very quaint, and they support you having a healthy lifestyle (free gym membership after 6 months). Seems like a place with solid work-life balance. They also pay for employee monthly premiums for health insurance, and a great 401 program. One of my favorite aspects is the training. It is very in-depth, intuitive, and they generally want you to succeed.

Cons

Parking can be tricky in the morning. There are parking spots with a 4 hour limit on the street, so you have to move during lunch time.
