There are none to speak of.

Cons

If the thought of voicing concerns crosses your mind...don't. It will be met with your job being posted and backfilled while you wait for it to be your turn to be terminated. Concerns and comments are met with distaste and are not valued by your superiors. This company is not about their employees, you are just a body in one of their buildings.
