I have been employed with Eden since they began operating in Wisconsin in 2017. I can say that the company treats you like family, and genuinely cares about their employees/co-workers. You feel supported and offered resources to make your facilities better.

Cons

I am not sure why more professionals with high standards don’t join our team! 😊

Great People, Good management, needs better techniques

Admins are understanding, good listeners , they try to show appreciation to their workers.

Cons

sometimes people don't listen, nurses and Cna's need to all answer the phone, they don't have boundaries when it comes to people's desks.

Eden Senior Care values it's employees and wants what is best for staff and residents. It cares about improving the communities it owns and takes pride in staying true to it's core values and mission. Great tuition reimbursement offerings for students.

Cons

Benefits can be a little spendy if including family plans.
