Pros

None really, aside from the very few remaining St Bernard folks, that remain

Cons

Executive Management knows that the company is a breath away from capitulating. Blame is placed on the hard-working people who have family's to support. Their greed and poor business acumen has created an atmosphere of distrust. Poor Executive Hiring decisions, coupled with an ever-morphing sales direction, have caused most employees to put their heads down and expect to be fired at a moments notice.

Pros

Great company that was in the process of reinventing itself when I had to move out of San Diego for personal reasons. I was sorely disappointed that I could not stick around for the transformation. The culture of the company was changing. Out with the old in with the new. Some employees had been there for a decade or more and were complacent. In my opinion, the old way of doing things was holding the company back.

Cons

The benefits could have been better.

Pros

Excellent outlook for EdgeWave! Many new, innovative, products on the horizon that will likely accelerate growth in the years to come. Great office culture where micro-managing is non-existent and in-office happy hours are not uncommon. Management is not only very accessible but very approachable as well. Definitely an exciting time to be here.

Cons

As a smaller organization, EdgeWave lacks brand recognition.
