Pros

Great mid-management and professional level employees.

Cons

Company is struggling with the various acquisition mergers to address different corporate cultures or neglecting a remote office needs. Watch out the signs of budget cuts or department mergers- you will be thrown out without any warning, severance package e.g. "Throw out the baby with the bath water"

Pros

A good company to work for. As the title implies there are always change with a start-up and sometimes turnover creates perceived issues. The reality is that this company has a great product and pays well enough to deal with any issues that arise.

Cons

All companies have issues and this one is no different. A little top heavy and that creates a lot of change, hold on as this is a ride.

Pros

Excellent new VP Sales and VP Channels and outstanding, experienced Security analysts and professionals who have joined the team

Cons

Highly competitive marketplace when EdgeWave is trying to reinvent itself. Needs to bolster field based presence in both direct and channel sales
