Pros
Loved the learning opportunity I had that has given me a lot of skills. I took advantage of the tuition reimbursement and took a course, it was well worth it. Open-door policy with everyone, although some of the higher-ups can be intimidating to approach. Transit benefits a plus, and lots of raffles for Nats & Redskins tickets.
Cons
Heathcare benefits, PTO, and 401K match could be better. Not much room for upward growth or promotions, not much transparency with client/contract. Starting salary is very low.
