This company has no redeeming quality.

Cons

The best tip I can give you is to avoid this company. This company has the most toxic and dishonest management that I've ever known. The pay isn't that high, to begin with, and yet the management has the gall to manipulate you and your compensation so they pay you as little as possible. They just assign tasks to us haphazardly and without any consideration. They view the employees as robots with no other function than to work for them.

The people they hire are top notch professionals with great experience. Great technology with large customers.

Cons

Company cares very little about employees. If you don't suck up to management then you will not be successful even if you are performing. They won't bother to kick you out no matter how highly relevant your skills are in the field. Think twice before you join this company. IF you don't have any offers and badly need job you can join it.

I learned how liar people can be, and to be very careful in future

This company is extremely dishonest, disorganized and unprofessional. They will manipulate you and ruin your assignments especially if you point out areas that are causing performance issues. On top of that they cut your salary as mic has they can, by telling you lies about the market, and your value. Edgesys is scamming hardworking people.
