The people are intelligent, competent, and driven. The culture is relaxed, but still favors the ambitious self-motivator. Personally, I have always just wanted to feel appreciated and not work with people who shoot down good ideas - working here ticks both those boxes for me and I plan to stay for a long time because I sense there is room for me to develop a lot, personally and professionally. Also, the benefits package is the best I have ever had, probably because they prioritize it as part of their strategic approach to employee retention.
