      Pros

      I have been with Edgewater for 10+ years in full and part time roles. Fantastic team members and positive work environment. Opportunities for advancement and tuition reimbursement. Community outreach and charity fundraisers. All around great place to work.

      Cons

      Slow at times making decisions at corporate level.
