      Not a single positive thing I can think of to be honest.

      Cons

      This company is filled with a toxic work environment and micro-managers. If you don’t mind micromanagement and no respect for personal time, please go ahead and work here.

      Pros

      The company has been through tremendous growth over the last year. I have personally seen a ton of employees promoted and internal growth is a focus.

      Cons

      Benefits can be expensive, not a great range of medical plans. The only traditional plan (non- high-deductible plan) is unaffordable. Every other company I have worked at has had at least 2 traditional plans to choose from. Some perks were removed such as bonus opportunities
