The job is great. Pay is good and per diem for three years if you qualify.

Cons

Carlsbad and Hobbs suck as far as places to live and raise a family.

Pay was decent and benefits were good.

Cons

Not a great place to work. Micromanaged and management speaks down to their employees. Expected to work after hours and weekends. Would not recommend.
