Cons

If you get bought by this company, your job is on its way out the door. They keep very few members of any purchase. Pay could be better.

Before the talent exodus, it was the greatest collection of employees known to me. I made friends for life. Now most of the good ones have left to seek a more stable company.

Cons

This was the merging of two different education companies. Unfortunately, the culture and ways of the worst of the two companies are prevailing. Edmentum is sitting in a wave of high turnover, starting from the CEO down.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. You are right, Edmentum was created by the merging two great companies - PLATO Learning and Archipelago Learning. This acquisition took place over 4 years ago and in that time we have formed into one unified Edmentum. With all mergers, there is change in the beginning, but our top priority back then was to align our business as a whole and we did that and have operated as Edmentum now for the past several years. We take great pride in our brilliant and talented employees at Edmentum. They make our company who we are as we continue to be fantastic company.
