Internal advancement, great atmosphere, employee engagement, passionate peers, great CEO, great pay, great benefits, amazing culture, casual dress, excellent HR involvement, excellent managers and directors.

Cons

There where issues when Plato and ARCL merged however Edmentum surveyed their employees and tackled the issues head one. The new Edmentum has done a great job reinventing the company culture.
