It gets really boring sometimes as you have to work through your computer all day and waiting for a client or a ticket to help

Pros

Most of the boots on the ground employees are exceptional. Maintenance staff, custodians, most security officers, cashiers, food service, book store, etc.

Cons

Most of the department managers are absolutely unhinged and HR uses whatever concerns you report to them against you and to defend the College, to the detriment of the employees.
