Flexible work schedule Pay was decent -- after working 30 days it jumped up quite a bit If you're competent, you can work all you want Great for working moms

Cons

Kids can be brats! No benefits Good for extra income - hard to live off this salary

Pros

Great for someone that is already retired. Wonderful for those that like to work with children. Seems like a Good place to work. Caring Training department and helpful office staff.

Cons

Only are paid for up to 183 working days. Over 10 Months you only work 9 months. As a new driver you might only get 5 hours a day.
