Pros
Work life balance is amazing! The work culture is team oriented and you have multiple avenues of support from other teams should you need it. Currently working from home, training was very detailed and different not having be trained in person, but the training was very efficent and effective. My team was very understanding and patient with zoom training.
Cons
The system is a little glitchy but there are work arounds for most things, so its not that bad.
