Pros

As a member of one of the product teams, I love the work we do. It's always exciting to see how our new features impact real users. I've always appreciated the work-life balance, and my managers and co-workers have always been supportive and caring. There is also a great culture of learning and development here. I also appreciate the Edmunds corporate strategy and the ability to think outside of the box with regards to revenue streams. I've been impressed by the company’s innovation and adaptation over the ~11 years that I've been here.

Cons

It's really difficult for me to come up with any, otherwise I don't think I would have stayed here so long.

Pros

Work/life balance is amazing. The culture focuses on results. I get to work with people who care about their work and want the company to succeed. For a company that makes WFH optional, they do a great job creating in-office events and opportunities to bring people together. They offer employees career development opportunities throughout the year by inviting speakers to present on specific topics.

Cons

Product innovation seems stagnant. Brand recognition continues to be a challenge.
