It’s really great to hear feedback such as this, especially your point that you would come back if the right future opportunity came up. That says a lot. As for your advice on bonus structure, this is helpful feedback. While we have consistently paid out the discretionary bonus, we are always looking for ways to be even more competitive in our total rewards.
