Pros
Work/life balance is perfect. I've had several instances where management told me not to let other people's poor planning to make an emergency for me. The senior management actually asks the employees to ideate and present to the executives on a regular basis. The company is run like a much younger company than it is, and that's a credit to the executives here who constantly read and improve their management skills.
Cons
There can be a series of gauntlets in getting ideas approved which slows creativity at times.
